Who or what gave mass to God’s particle

There is so much euphoria over the identification (or the so called discovery) of what is known as God’s particle or Higgs Boson, and many so called educated people appear to think that Western Physics has discovered the most important particle. The Western Physicists would like to refer to the particle as the Higgs Boson but the Judaic Christian culture in which they create knowledge has already baptized the particle aptly as the God’s particle. I do not think that the western Physicists in their hearts are very much against the use of the term God’s particle though they may not say so in public.

It is said Peter Higgs and others hit upon the idea of the Higgs Boson in 1964. According to the so called standard model it is the Higgs Boson that gives mass to the other bosons. It is supposed that the Higgs boson is accompanied with a field that is found everywhere and when the other bosons interact with this field the other bosons acquire the property known as mass. However, the question arises as to how the Higgs Boson acquires a mass since it is also a boson,. In other words who or what gives mass to the Higgs Boson? It is said that Higgs Boson has an energy equivalent of 125.3 GeV or gigaelectronvolts with 1 GeV equivalent to 1.783×10−27 kg. This elusive particle that had been created apparently within one trillionth of a second after the big bang was finally detected only last week after a long game of hide and seek.

The western scientists may try to find out reasons (or create stories in their Judaic Christian culture) for everything but not for the creation of the universe which may be considered as the all important event of the universe, in their scheme. They would now say that within a trillionth of a second after the big bang 13.7 billion years ago the Higgs Boson was created (how and why) with a mass equivalent of 125.3 GeV without the aid of another particle, field or any other physical entity. It is no wonder that the particle has been christened the God’s particle as in the Judaic Christian culture who else would have given it a mass. Is God, the God Father of the Higgs Boson?

Western science with a beginning or a creation (though supposed to be without a creator) cannot but invoke the God or the equivalent of the God, as linear thinking and not circular thinking is fundamental to it. Western science is created (not discovered) in the Judaic Christian culture and has to play God at sometime or the other.
